Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any orders once they have been placed, unless the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please ensure you review all product details, descriptions, and images carefully before placing your order. Materials, colours, or lengths may appear slightly different in real life due to lighting, photography, or screen settings — these are not considered faults.
2.Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or not as advertised, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at unkn8wnukht@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and a short description of the issue
If your claim is accepted, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion. Please note that normal wear, fabric texture, or personal preference (e.g., thickness, fit, or colour variation) does not qualify as a fault.
3. Late or Delayed Delivery
Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only. Unknown Ukht cannot be held responsible for postal delays once your parcel has been dispatched. Delayed deliveries do not qualify for refunds.
4. Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Custom pieces, limited collections, or any made-to-order garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances, unless faulty.
5. Responsibility After Delivery
Once your parcel has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Unknown Ukht is not liable for loss, theft, or damage thereafter. Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
