Every Unknown Ukht piece is made to order, which means your garment does not exist until you place your order.

Once your order is received, we source your chosen natural fabric, import it from Turkey, and deliver it to our Muslim tailor here in the UK. Your abaya is then individually cut, sewn and finished specifically for you before undergoing quality checks and being carefully packaged.

For this reason, please allow up to 10 days for your order to be dispatched.

We know waiting a little longer isn’t always easy, but it means you’re receiving a garment that has been created especially for you, not something that has been sitting in a warehouse or mass-produced. It’s a slower process, but one that reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship and intentional production.
